- Check-in is between 4pm and 10pm
- Check-out no later than 11 am
- No more than 4 guests with reservation is allowed.
- Strict 4 guest maximum. No overnight guests.
- No visitors allowed on the property at any time. Only registered guests.
- Property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies and health issues.
- No smoking of any kind on property - it's a free zone smoke
- No Candles
- No parking on driveway. No blocking the driveway at all.
- $100 will be deducted from your security deposit if any remote control is missing (including but not limited to the AC system and tv).
- Do not use the white bathroom towels for cleaning up spills; clean surfaces or removing makeup to prevent permanent stains. Instead, use the paper towels in the kitchen. (Security deposit will be charged for ruined bathroom towels).
- Please keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Turn off inside lights, air conditioning, heat and other appliances when you leave for the day. - No photo shots or film shots without written permission.
- Notify your host of any damage to the premises or its contents or any inoperable equipment or appliance.
- At the end of your stay there will be checkout walk through to account for all items and furniture in the house. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit
- if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500 Security Deposit will be deducted for expenses incurred due to not following the rules. The amount of $100 will be deducted automatically from the deposit as a recovery fee if white towels are damage as a result of make up removal. The amount of $400 will be deducted automatically as a recovery fee to restore the place to a smoke-free condition, this includes smoking odors inside the house as well as cigarettes/cigars butts around the property.
